Defines meaning and authority
- Business intent
- Organizational context
- Exceptions and constraints
- Risk acceptance
- Change authority
Method
The goal is not to make AI sound more certain. The goal is to make consequential infrastructure decisions easier to inspect, challenge, validate, and remember.
Closed-loop reasoning
Each pass through the loop should make the next decision easier to explain because intent, evidence, validation, and human disposition remain attached to the architecture graph.
Three contributors
Evidence before answers
L.U.C.I. should never expose simulated hidden chain-of-thought. Instead it should expose artifacts an engineer can validate.
What did an identified source actually report?
What requirement or architecture objective applies?
What explanation is consistent with current evidence?
What would strengthen, weaken, or reject it?
What did the requested test or new evidence show?
What is now supportable, and what remains unresolved?
Who accepts, rejects, or changes the decision?
What must be true before the decision is closed?
The useful disagreement
Alethia finds a shared facility dependency. The claim becomes unverified until physical diversity is proven.
Interface evidence shows a carrier loss. The hypothesis is rejected and the explanation changes.
No participant “wins.” The decision becomes stronger because disagreement creates a testable evidence request.
